3MD Series
The 3MD series is the new compact version of the double headed 3K pump. Highest quality con-rod and motor bearings ensure lowest power consumption and, combined with slow speed, maximum operational life. This series additionally offers a unique detachable motor construction allowing contaminated heads to be economically exchanged.
The 3MD series is offered with 2 different motors: quality DC and brushless DC.

Gas versions of this series is available with 3K, 3KD and 3KQ.

Brushless DC motor in 24 V DC with integrated driver.
Long life combined with elegant speed (flow) control via a 0 to 2.0 V DC input, rpm feedback
output and a 5 V DC output is for convenient speed control via external potentiometer.

Motor Information
This motor is supplied with 5 wires:
Red + 24 V DC Supply
Black GND
Green 0 to 2.0 V DC (or PWM, min. 15kHz signal) Speed Control
White +5 V DC Output for use with 10 kΩ potentiometer and GND wire
Yellow Frequency Ouput, 1 pulse per revolution with 50% on-time
Speed control is availabe with 2 options (see diagram on right).
The white wire (5V DC Output) is supplied with the lead end insulated. Damage will occur to the driver electronics if this wire is connected to +24 V or GND.
