Unique high power control PCB for

Boxer 3500, 3600, 6100 and 6500 stepper driven pumps

 

This unique motor control PCB can be directly fitted onto the back of the stepper motor.

 

There are two versions to choose from:

 

6000.5003  Internal  PCB with RS232 interface

6000.5004  External PCB with USB interface

· Step divisions—full, ½, ¼, ⅛, ¹/₁₆

· Power In—24V DC 1.5A

· Forward and backward

· Automatic run to chosen no of iterations

· Programmable delays between iterations in ¹/₁₀ of second

· Selectable acceleration and de-acceleration rates

· Homing request

· Power On/Off switch position

· Foot switch position

· 2 sensors input positions

· Full RS232 coms protocol (6000.5003 only)

· 2.1mm power socket for 24V/1.5A DC input (6000.5004 only)

· USB socket type B

· Software compatible with Widows XP & VISTA

· Supplied with PSU & USB cable (6000.5004 only)
